Opt-in for ATM and Debit Card Overdraft
Due to recent regulatory changes(effective August 15, 2010 for existing account holders and July 1, 2010 for new account holders), you must now ‘OPT-IN’ to have any ATM or one time debit card transactions that do not have available funds to be paid by the bank. Without opting in Bank of the Southwest will decline any debit card transactions that do not have the available funds.
