Beginning May 12, 2013, we will simplify the way you login to online banking. This change will remove the picture and the questions you may be asked when you sign in to online banking. This change is in response to government regulation changes. Instead, should you sign in to online banking from a computer we feel is outside your normal activity, we will call or text you a one time password. This method is significantly more secure than the old method using the picture and questions.

As part of this change, we kindly ask that you look at your profile and provide us with valid phone numbers to contact you. These phone numbers will be used to call or text you should you attempt to sign in to online banking from a computer that you do not normally use. These numbers will only be used in this way, and you may provide up to four. We suggest providing us with as many phone numbers as you can for this verification process.
